Connectivity & Feature Issues

As your voice provider, we have designed and implemented a redundant and secure voice platform. In the event that you experience any voice quality issues or have concerns over features and functionality email ticket@telogiks.ca.

For us to identify specific issues, it is important to include details such as:

the telephone user / extension that is experiencing the issue whether the call was incoming or outgoing the time of the call the issue that is being experienced – ie: one-way audio, no way audio, voice echoing etc.

In the event that this issue is affecting three (3) or more telephones, call us immediately at 416-645-0902 and select option 2.
