Service tickets that are not urgent or service related should be emailed to with details of the request. To identify a specific telephone that you wish to make changes on, please identify the specific user/extension in the email.

If the ticket is of an urgent nature, please type “URGENT” in the subject line of your ticket and it will be managed with higher priority.

MAC work and tickets may be subject to additional charge. Those charges can be found at and are subject to change without notification. Any issues that are repairs for functionality issues from the Nuvia Voice Product, the ticket will be remedied and logged as a Break / Fix issue, and at no charge.
